K1228-25M 12mm 25MP Fixed Focal Machine Vision Lens for 1.1-inch Sensors
The K1228-25M is a 12mm fixed focal machine vision lens engineered around a 1.1-inch, 25 megapixel optical platform. Because the design resolves 25MP across the full 1.1-inch image circle, a single frame carries enough detail for defect detection, dimensional gauging and OCR on large parts without stitching several captures. The 12mm focal length produces a 61.17 x 46.77 degree field on a 1.1-inch sensor, so one 25MP machine vision lens covers the wide area inspection stations that previously needed two cameras.
Integrators get a mechanical iris from F2.8 to F16 and a manual focus travel from 0.1m to infinity, both with locking screws so brightness and depth of field stay where they were set on a vibrating line. The barrel is machined from aluminium, black anodised to cut stray reflection, and threaded for standard M55 P=0.75mm filters. Every C-mount lens we ship is aligned on an MTF bench, checked for distortion and visually audited before it is packed with its own serialised test record.
