K5028-25M 50mm 25MP Fixed Focal C-Mount Lens for Print Registration
The K5028-25M is a 50mm fixed focal C-mount lens designed for stations that require a narrow, high-resolution view from a comfortable working distance. Mounted on a 1.1-inch 25MP camera, it covers a 16.15 x 11.85 degree field, resolving small print, registration marks and coating defects while the camera body stays clear of the press or web path. TV distortion of 0.01% at 0.4m ensures registration measurement remains accurate to the edge of the frame.
The lens features a F2.8 to F16 manual iris and a 0.25m to infinity focus ring, both equipped with locking screws so settings survive the vibration of a running press. A 35mm diameter anodised barrel and an M30.5 P=0.5mm filter thread make it easy to add a polariser or bandpass filter for gloss and colour work. Each 25MP fixed focal lens is MTF tested and distortion checked at 0.4m, and verified units ship with an individual test record.
